Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SoftOwl . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.
Note: High-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales) may experience longer processing times. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska addresses). Shipments are subject to shipping carrier’s on-time performance and availability. SoftOwl will select the optimal shipping carrier for free shipping, which could be either via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that SoftOwl reserves the sole and exclusive right to change or modify these terms at any time without notice to you.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipments
At the moment we do not offer shipping outside of United States or Canada.
5. Damages, Loss, or Theft
SoftOwl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
